There are no toilets available in the underground areas, so plan accordingly before the tour begins.

The tour involves walking, stairs, and underground spaces and is not suitable for wheelchair users, people with mobility difficulties, or those with claustrophobia.

Children under 6 years old are not permitted to join the tour.

Participants must understand and speak the language selected when booking; translating into other languages during the tour is not permitted.

Comfortable walking shoes are recommended, and tour duration may vary by approximately 10–15 minutes depending on group size.

Photography is permitted, but video recording requires prior permission.

Pets, strollers, smoking, bachelor or bachelorette party groups, costumes, and participation under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted.

Meeting Point & Instructions

Meet at the tour office inside the art passage at Malé náměstí 459/11, Prague 1 – Old Town, approximately 20 meters to the right of Black Angel’s Bar at Hotel U Prince. Arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled starting time to check in; late arrivals may not be able to join once the group has departed.
